***Wayne, who is cuter in person, is being fostered by a loving family in Flemington, NJ. An application for his adoption can be submitted at socorescue.com. Questions about Wayne and/or our adoption event should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com; please do not call the rescue's phone number.*** Meet Wayne, a lovable and well-mannered puppy who is wise beyond his years! Despite his young age, Wayne has a calm and mature demeanor, making him a wonderful companion for any home. He’s also a quick learner—he’s almost fully house-trained, already knows how to "sit" and "stay" for his meals, and sleeps through the night in his crate without much fuss (especially when treats are involved!). He’s made fantastic progress with house training, with very few accidents, and is comfortable staying in his crate when needed. If you’re looking for a smart, well-behaved pup with a sweet personality, Wayne might just be the perfect addition to your family Wayne and his nine siblings were found abandoned at a home after their former owner moved and left the puppies behind to fend for themselves. At approximately two months old when they were found, it's highly unlikely that they would have survived if we hadn't of taken them in. The biggest of this litter, Wayne is almost twice the size of some of his siblings. In his foster in Georgia, he was very playful and affectionate, loving his time spent with people. Give this pup the proper training and he'll make a great addition into any family. If children are in the home, they should be responsible enough to know how to properly handle a small puppy. Wayne has been started on his required first year "puppy" care but will still require additional vaccinations and de-wormings. A SoCo Rescue team member will advise what vaccinations, etc should still be obtained. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches six months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. His adopter must also be prepared to offer all of his basic training
