**Little Wonder is currently being fostered and is available for adoption  in the Pennington, NJ area**

Little Wonder has had to overcome a lot just to get to the point of being adoptable. She and her sister were brought to us after their mom stopped nursing them, which led to three of her other sibling passing away. The two sisters were approximately 2 weeks old at the time and appeared very weak themselves. Unfortunately, the sister also passed away after a couple of days leaving this tiny pup all alone.

While constant care was given to Little Wonder her survival was also in question. On more than one occasion she came close to passing away, once while she was being rushed to our vet. After days of barely wanting to eat and just laying on her bed, Wonder slowly began to show signs of surviving her rough beginnings.

Now, two months later, Little Wonder appears to be strong, healthy and happy! Her wonderful personality touches the hearts of everyone she meets as she seems to enjoy showing people how much she appreciates her life. Little Wonder also interacts with other puppies very well and should be very dog friendly as she grows. But it's her fondness of people that will make Wonder a great family companion.

Because of her tiny size, we'd recommend a family with older children  who are accustomed to handling a small pup. We did meet the parents of Little Wonder and they are approximately 35-40 lbs but it will take a while for Little Wonder to reach that size.

Little Wonder's adopter must agree to having her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and providing SoCo with verification of such. As of 7/17, Wonder has received 2/3 of her first year vaccinations, wormings and other such "puppy" care.
