Summer came from an irresponsible family that has surrendered three litters within the last year. She came to us along with her two litter mates and because of this family’s neglect, sweet Summer lost her one brother Scout.  Summer came in loaded with fleas & ticks and her little belly was full of worms.  She was very scared and within a week’s time became ill.  We quarantined her immediately for two weeks and were very concerned because her brother Scout was sick at the same time.  As Scout sadly crossed the rainbow bridge, Summer happily was recovering amazingly.  Once treated and recovered, she transformed into a very energetic, sweet, beautiful little girl.  She’s is a wonderful success story.  Summer loves to play and give affection just the same.  Summer has had a pretty hard life up until recent and really deserves a home that can only give her the best.

As of 9/10/15, Summer is estimated to be about 6 months old.  She is spayed and has all her first year vaccinations.  She is a Hound/Chihuahua mix and will be a medium size dog once fully grown.
