Meet Roman, a very handsome, well mannered fellow. He is a male adult (approx. 2 yr old) American Staffordshire Terrier. While Am Staff's resemble pit bulls, their heads are not quite as large. Dog Channel.com describes this breed as follows:

"The American Staffordshire Terrier originated from breeding's of the old English bulldog and one or more game English terriers. The qualities of strength, courage, loyalty, trustworthiness and companionship have made this an enduring breed, part and parcel of American history and legend."

Roman is completely house trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He has been left indoors during work hours without reliving himself; gets along great with other dogs of all sizes and breeds; shows interest in cats but is not aggressive towards them and is very friendly to humans, even children. He will sit on command He is an awesome dog.

Roman has received all his vaccines and rabies. He will be undergoing heart worm treatment and will be free of all heart worms at the time of adoption. He has not been neutered, but will need to be within 30 days of adoption, which is required by Ga adoption laws. Adopters may qualify for free neutering through a grant program.
