This litter will be at our next Adoption Event at Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ. Please apply via our website at www.SoCoRescue.com After a young lady found a stray mom dog and her 6 puppies, she didn't have to look far to find them help. Her neighbor is a SoCo staff member! We were able to take mom and pups into our rescue and just in the nick of time, too. Mom was growing very thin from lack of food, but her puppies remained fat and healthy looking, a testament to what a wonderful mom she was. Once their mom has completed her medical care and been fully assessed, she be made ready for adoption, but her six pups are ready to find their own homes. Risa
and her siblings all have the same friendly, playful and happy personality that their mom possess. She loves to romp around and play, gets along great with his siblings and shows no apprehension towards people. We're not positive of their exact breed mix, but do think there's Lab/Shep in their DNA.
Risa
has received 2/3 of her first year puppy, Bordetella
vaccination, de-wormed and treated against parasites.
In addition, she's been started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. She will need to receive her rabies vaccination sometime after she reaches 12 weeks of age.
Her adopter must agree to having Risa spayed once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue.
Risa will need all of her basic training.
