When a man contacted us about a litter of pups he had found, we were more than happy to take them into our care. Being approximately six weeks old at the time, it was obvious that someone had purposely abandoned the pups as they were found in an isolated area. Since there were nine in this litter and it's Christmas, we've named these pups after Santa's reindeer with this handsome fellow being Blitzen!

Blitzen appears to be a Lab mix but were not positive. He's playful, friendly, personable and very interested in discovering new things. He should adapt to his new home rather quickly and accomplish his needed training with ease.  

On Dec 17, Blitzen will have received all 3 of his first year "puppy" vaccines and his  rabies and bordetella vaccinations as well. He's also been started/kept on his monthly preventatives, de-wormed and treated against parasites. Blitzen's adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue.
