**Tillman will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills, in Pennington, NJ, over the July 7-9 weekend.**

On May 26, 2017, workers gathering pine straw in the woods came across a litter of 6 very young pups who were all huddled up together. Thinking the mom to these pups was close by, the workers decided to just wait and see if she returned to her pups. But after a few hours, no other dog appeared, making it evident that these pups were most likely abandoned in the woods.

By the time we got to the pups, who were maybe a month old at the time it was evident that the pups were severely dehydrated. One pup looked to be in pretty bad shape and unfortunately, passed away an hour after we rescued them. We've come to refer to this litter of pups as the Pine Straw Pups. Tillman came from this litter of pups.

Tillman is most likely the most outgoing of his siblings. He quickly adjust to new things, seems to be very inquisitive and highly intelligent. He's playful, friendly and loves his doggie toys. While we're not positive, Tillman looks to be a Shepherd mix and may grow to be a medium to large breed dog.

Tillman's adopter must agree to having him neutered by the time he reaches 6 months of age and providing SoCo Rescue with proof of such.
