Marco was found as a stray and brought to SoCo in pretty good health.  He was a bit apprehensive of his new surroundings but still friendly.  He really enjoys his play time and loves to run around the yard with other dogs.  He has no aggression but may take a minute or two to warm up to you.  Marco would make a great addition to just about any household.

As of 1/15/17 it's estimated Marco is 1-1/2 years old. He is current on all his vaccinations and has been neutered.  He recently tested negative for heart worms and is current on all his flea/tick & heart worm preventatives.  Marco is a smart boy but may need a refresher course in house breaking once in his new environment.

On 2/1/17 - Marco was limping on his rear leg and his foster took him to their vet.  Unfortunately, we found out that poor Marco had been shot with a shotgun full of buckshot prior to arriving at SoCo. Buckshot is a load of small BB type pellets and it's basically impossible to remove them from a dog's body.  The vet recommended just leaving them in since his body never rejected them. He is currently being restricted to low activity to make sure his leg heals but he may always favor the affected leg
