Norris was surrendered to us when the owner decided he deserved a better home then they could provide.  He's been at a home since surrender and is well loved.  Norris is a friendly little guy that is somewhat on the shy side.  It doesn't take long and once he gets to know you he's very sweet.  He's a great lap dog and can sit there for hours while watching tv or relaxing.  Norris gets along well with both dogs and cats.  He would fit in well in an apartment with a loving family.

As of 5/15/16 it's estimated Norris is 3 years old.  He's current on all his vaccinations and he is neutered.  Once in his new environment he may need a refresher course in house training.  If you can give this sweet little guy the loving home he deserves please submit an application to www.socorescue.com.
