Sadie came to Soco Rescue from a nice woman who found her rummaging around a local store. Sadie is a gorgeous girl that adores people.  She loves to lie in your lap and be doted upon.   Sadie likes to be in the spotlight and may not do well with other dogs.  She would do well as an only dog in a household with older children.  Sadie is not an aggressive dog but she has been attacked by another dog and that causes her to be wary of new dogs.  

Sadie is a Rottweiler mix and she's estimated to be about four years old.  She is current on all her vaccinations, monthly preventatives, and she is spayed.  Sadie did test positive for heart worms.  She is being treated with the "slow-kill" method in which the existing heart worms die off naturally and no new worms form.  The slow kill method is a less evasive method than other methods used.  Sadie seems to be a healthy girl otherwise.
