Jelly was surrendered to Soco with her adorable pup Peanut Butter.  They both were scared but acclimated pretty quickly to their new surroundings.  Jelly is a very sweet girl that loves affection.  She dotes on her little girl Peanut Butter and is a very good mommy.  She sits there patiently and lets her little girl jump all over her and do whatever she wants.

Jelly's a gentle soul who tends to act more submissive than aggressive with other dogs.  She does get along well though with any dog she's encountered and really enjoys playtime.  Mostly Jelly is a companion dog, she adores attention and could sit there and be pet for hours.  Jelly would make a great apartment dog.  She's very smart and follows commands easily.

On Jelly's recent veterinarian visit, it was determined that she has heartworms.  She has been treated and is currently on a daily medication along with a monthly preventative.  She will need follow up veterinary care, stay on her preventative, the heartworms will evacuate slowly.  The vet determined Jelly to be in good health otherwise.  

She has been spayed and is current on all her vaccinations.  As of 10/25/15, it's estimated Jelly is 1-1/2 years old.  If you can provide Jelly with the love and care she deserves, please submit an application to www.socorescue.com.
