Kara was surrendered to Soco along with her brother & sister.  All three were so very scared and covered in fleas.  In caring for Kara and treating her for fleas she began to slowly come out of her shell. After a few days at our rescue Kara started to lose her fear and display her loving personality.  

She is still a bit timid but she has a desire to be loved and is learning to trust quickly.  Kara is a beautiful girl and to watch her personality go from scared and shaking to walking slowly towards you and licking your hand is just wonderful.  She shows her thanks and it's very heartwarming.

Kara will still need some work in showing her true self, but all she needs is some patience, love and care.  It shouldn't take much time at all to make her shine.  

As of 10/15/15, it's estimated that Kara is 6-7 months old.  She is current on all her vaccinations and is spayed.  She will need to be house trained once in her new environment.  If you think you can give Kara the loving home she deserves, please submit an application to www.socorescue.com.
