Pee Wee was surrendered to us with his pal Scooby.  They came from a very sad situation in which their owner committed suicide.  Sadly as their owner tragically passed, Pee Wee, Scooby, some cats, horses and other animals left on his property were left to fend for themselves.  Fortunately though an extremely kind couple that rented from the former owner stepped up and found homes for all the animals left on the property.  They grew attached and wanted to keep Pee Wee and Scooby but financial circumstances wouldn’t allow them to.  They came to us crying as they had to surrender these two very sweet dogs.  We promised them that we would find them a wonderful home and give them all the love possible.  We’d love to see them adopted together but think they will be happy just the same if separated.  Pee Wee is very docile and though initially a bit cautious, he is friendly.  He’s quick to make friends and loves to be petted and fawned over.  He’s a smart little boy that catches on to routine quickly.  It’s obvious before his former owner left us, Pee Wee was well cared for and loved.  He’s great playing and running around with other dogs and just a happy little guy.  Pee Wee would be a wonderful companion to any household without small children.

Pee Wee is a Chihuahua mix and is approximately three years old.  He is current on all his vaccinations and is neutered.  Though he is quick to learn, Pee Wee will need to be house trained once in his new environment.  Pee Wee has been through quite an ordeal and deserves a wonderful caring family to love him.  Let us keep our promise we made when he was surrendered to us and find the perfect family for Pee Wee.  If you think that you’re that family for Pee Wee, please submit an application at www.socorescue.com.
