Heidi was surrendered when she was found on a property and the owner could not keep her.  She was covered in fleas and definitely needed a bath and some proper nourishment.  Heidi was a bit shy but curious and very sweet.  Once she was treated for fleas, bathed and fed, Heidi started showing her personality and goofing around.  She has big paws that don't quite fit her yet and is an energetic, loving little girl who loves to run and play.  Her favorite game is “catch me if you can”.  Once you catch her she immediately catches your heart.  It can take a few minutes but Heidi does warm up relatively quickly to people and displays great affection when comfortable with you.  Heidi is a big pup with lots of high energy that is sure to fill your home with lots of laughter and love.

Heidi is about 5 months old, up to date with all her first year vaccinations, but will need to be spayed once she reaches the appropriate age of 6-7 months old.  She is a Bull dog mix and will be a medium-large size dog once fully grown.  Heidi will need to be house trained once in her new environment.  If you have room in both your heart and your home to give Heidi the attention and love he so deserves, please submit an application at www.socorescue.com.
