Yella Boy and his brother were left outside our gates on Nov 4, 2014. The two brothers were running in and out of the road and almost hit by a number of passing motorist, including one who intentionally tried to run them over.

Nine days later Yella became deathly sick and was diagnosed with parvo, which he contracted prior to coming to SoCo. While advised to immediately euthanize him we felt compelled to try and save him. Under our vet's direction, Yella was treated at our rescue and made a full recovery. He is now much stronger after beating parvo and completely healthy. Yella Boy has now received all of his yearly vaccinations, neutered and other such vet care.

Be it from his appreciation for saving his life or just that it's his normal demeanor, Yella Boy is a very people oriented dog. He also gets along great with other dogs as well. He will only benefit from the one on one training that a home of his own should provide and become a "Once in a lifetime" type of dog.
