Meet Bo, a large Terrier mix of some type that is very people and dog friendly. This one year old fellow has such a happy disposition that's it hard to believe that this once stray dog could have any enemies.

But prior to coming to SoCo, Bo was viciously attacked by another dog. As soon as he came to our rescue, Bo was taken to our vet and treated for his numerous injuries, which included a torn ear and severe bites to both his head and legs. While at the vet's office getting his wounds treated and his ear sewn back together, Bo was also neutered, given a health exam and received an update on all of his vaccinations. Bo tested negative for heart worms, his fecal came back negative and other than his injuries, was determined to be in excellent health.

Despite the brutal attack, Bo still loves playing with other dogs and shows no fear of them. He shows signs of once being a house pet, walking well on a leash and some crate/house training skills, but will most likely need more house training. He loves to play outdoors and any interested adopters should be able to provide him with a fenced yard to play in.
