Dot was found as a stray running down the center of a busy roadway and was almost struck by a number of passing motorist. Luckily someone managed to get her off of the road, into their car and turned her in to our rescue.

When meeting new people, Dot can be a little timid at first but will warm up quickly if not pressured. Once she knows someone is her friend, she will open up and be very playful with them.

Dot has been spay and had all of her vaccinations renewed. She is heart worm free and received a clean bill of health when she had her vet visit in April. We've started her on a monthly heart worm preventative and continued use of such will keep her free of HW's for life. She loves the company of another dog and should do very well in a home that has other dogs.
