Description:
Milo was found on an isolated country road one night by a young lady. When this woman stopped her vehicle, this handsome little Beagle came running up to her car. The woman knew that she couldn't take the little fellow home and started to drive away, but Milo started to run after here, keeping pace with the car as much as he could. The woman then knew that she had to get this dog some help so she contacted SoCo Rescue.

At the time we were packed full but couldn't turn away Milo. We immediately found a foster home, where Milo was welcomed until he came to our rescue in Sept.

Milo is very friendly to people of all ages and would make a great addition to just about any family. He has never shown any aggression at all towards people. he does get along great with other dogs but this "pocket" Beagle will stand his ground if challenged by another dog. As long as a family's existing dog isn't aggressive towards Milo, then all should go very well. We're not sure how Milo will act around cats but could have him tested.

Milo has done well with his house training but will need time to adjust to a new home and routine. He walks well on a leash and can be trusted to have free roam inside a house as he is not destructive. Milo has now been fully vetted and is a very healthy dog. He loves being both indoors and outside but should primarily be an inside dog.

Whoever adopts this pint sized Beagle will be getting a great friend and companion. Contact Scott Bennett at socorescue@yahoo.com for more details or to inquire about adopting Milo.
