What a wonderful dog! Helga has impressed us to no end.

After having been a stray in the Forest Park, Ga area, it took about a week for Helga to get back to trusting humans and other dogs, but she now is starting to enjoy being a house pet once again.

Helga is very polite, highly house trained and very good with other dogs and even cats. She is very calm, enjoys the occasional rub, but isn't one to require a lot of attention. She can be content with just picking out her spot in the house and just hanging out.

Helga rides very well, is perfectly leash trained but isn't too fond of being crated. But, since she is not destructive at all, she can be left indoors with no worries at all.She can, however, scale a short fence, so leaving her outdoors, when no one is at home, might be a problem.
