Description:
Oscar is a very friendly fellow who just did escape euthanasia from another shelter. He is a very handsome salt and pepper color and weighs about 23 lbs. Although he has been with us for just a short time, he has exhibited great house and crate training qualities and has gotten along great with other dogs his size. He did test very light positive for heart worms at his former shelter, but that can be controlled and overcome by keeping him on a monthly heart worm preventative.
