Thor is a cream colored Shepherd/Lab mix that was found near a local dump site. He appears to have not been homeless for very long, and seems to be in great health. He was a bit shy at first, but warmed up to us after just a day or so. He is very people friendly, but a bit particular when it comes to befriending other dogs. Thor seems to adapt better with female dogs and neutered males. A meeting between any currently owner dogs and Thor, prior to adoption, is recommended.
He is crate trained and prefers to be indoors. Thor walks well on a leash. He also does not jump up on you.  If housed outdoors, he needs room to roam, as in a fenced yard.
Thor has been on monthly heart worm preventative, and has had his yearly vaccines. He will be neutered prior to adoption.
Thor is a very regal looking fellow, very friendly to his owners and does not bark a lot. He will make anyone a great pet.
