Ebby received her Freedom Flight ticket & is now in NJ!  She will be at our Adoption Event at Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ on 1/6 & 1/7th. 

Ebby was rescued just in the nick of time. Found as a stray in the Macon, GA area, she was skinny and very scared after having been alone for some time. We were able to place her in a foster home where she remained until recently being moved to SoCo Rescue.

During her time at the foster home, Ebby interacted very well with the foster's male Boston Terrier. Once she was relocated to our rescue, she quickly found a new playmate with one of our other rescued dogs, proving that she will do very well in a home with another dog. She's also displayed a real love of people, being very friendly with everyone she meets. We've also worked on her house, leash and crate training, which she has done very well with but does need some additional work on her leash training as she still likes to jump up on people while being walked. She will bark to let us know she needs to go potty, a good sign that she has basic house training ability. Overall, this pint-sized Bully breed girl will make an excellent addition into just about any home.

Ebby has now been spayed, received an update on all of her annual vaccinations and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. We'd not recommend a home with small children unless measures are taken to ensure that the child isn't harmed by her high energy level, which can be easily corrected with additional training.
