Lil Bit, as we call her, was turned in to a local animal control by her former owner to be euthanized because the owner thought she was "too old". Lil Bit is any thing but "too old". While she does love her sleep, she also loves to run around the yard and is a very active dog.

She is very dog friendly with the other small to medium sized dogs here at the rescue, and doesn't seem to even mind some of the larger indoor dogs that are here. Of course, we take all measures to protect her since she is 8 years old, and any potential adopters should consider the same.

Lil Bit does have an eye ulcer that is currently being treated with a basic eye suave. She is crate trained and house trained, as long as she's not left unattended for too long.
