Louie was found as a stray in Dublin, GA in July 2022. He was extremely skinny and near starvation. Had it not been for one of our wonderful foster families being the people that found him, Louie might not be here today.

In addition to being severely undernourished, Louie was also heartworm positive. After he regained his weight and was closer to being healthy, we began his heartworm treatments, which were completed in March 2023. He's also been neutered, kept on his monthly preventatives and regularly vaccinated. He is now a very healthy fellow.

Louie is also a very friendly fellow, getting along great with other dogs and simply loving his time with people. He will make a great family companion. Louie may need additional house training once in a new home.
