Other Pictures of Banjo (click to see larger version):***Banjo is in a loving Foster home in Monmouth Junction, NJ. To apply for the adoption of Banjo, please submit an application at socorescue.com; questions about Banjo should be sent to socorescue8@gmail.com (no phone calls please). If selected to adopt Banjo, a SoCo team member will contact you ASAP.*** Banjo and his sister, Bijou, were abandoned at SoCo by a woman who claimed that she found the pups on the side of the road. When staff members told her she's have to speak to Scott, she opened her trunk, which was where she had the pups, placed them on the ground then drove away. Luckily, the pups weren't harmed as she sped out of our parking lot. Banjo is the more submissive of the two, but that in no way means he's shy or timid. In fact, this young pup is very eager to meet new people and really enjoys playing with other pups. With his well-mannered yet playful personality, Banjo will make a great companion for anyone looking for a new addition into their family. Having another dog in the home will only benefit Banjo but isn't a requirement. Banjo has now received 2/3 of his first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormed, treated against parasites and received his rabies vaccine. He's also been started on his monthly preventatives. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. He will require all of his basic training. Applications for the adoption of Banjo should be submitted at socorescue.com
