Sweetie was brought to SoCo Rescue after being found as a stray dog within our area. We searched for a possible owner, but no one came forward to claim her as their dog.

Sweetie has been near perfect since coming to our rescue, being very friendly and playful with both our staff and other dogs. It's easy to tell that she was once someone's companion as she displays traits that tell us she is accustomed to being with people on a regular basis. She's affectionate, loves to snuggle and shows no fear in being around people. Other than being dirty and a little thin, Sweetie was in pretty good condition and apparently well cared for by her previous owners. 

Sweetie has now received an update on her annual vaccinations, spayed, de-wormed and even tested negative for heartworms. We've kept her on her monthly preventatives and recommend that her new family continue with the same. She may need additional training on her house training.
