Description:

***Adoption Pending***Blondie apparently decided that she’s had enough of wandering around looking for a place to call “home”. She appeared at the home of a family one day and simply refused to leave. Not only did Blondie pick the right house as the owners were compassionate to her needs, she had picked the one house where she was provided food, water and shelter while the family worked on finding a solution for this poor homeless girl. The family had no success in finding Blondie’s owner, so they turned to a friend who was involved in animal rescue, which eventually led to one of great foster homes offering to care for her while we prepared her for adoption.

Once at the foster home, Blondie’s sweet personality and playful spirit quickly won over the hearts of all who met her. She’s always eager to meet new people, greeting each one with a smile, tail-wagging and plenty of kisses. Her very pleasant personality also gained her a few doggy friends at the foster home, allowing her to share a large kennel with some of those dogs. Blondie has a high energy level and loves to run and play.

Her ideal home would be one that is also very active and can offer her plenty of time and space to expel some of her energy. In fact, she’d make a great partner to join in on jogging, hiking or other such activities. In return for the love she receives, Blondie eagerly gives the same, if not more, love to those she meets. She will make a great addition into just about any home situation.

Blondie has now been spayed, received an update on al of her annual vaccinations, de-wormings and other such vet care. She recently tested negative for heartworms and has been kept on her monthly preventatives while with us. Blondie may need additional house training once in her new home.
