Mason's former owner gave him and his two siblings to a woman who works as an independent rescuer. Mason and his brother, Mikey,  escaped the home with out major injuries, but their sister wasn't as fortunate. There was evidence that she'd been kicked so hard that both sides of her jaw were shattered. Her owner neglected to seek medical help for the pup which resulted in the ensuing infection becoming so bad that it cost the young pup her life. Mason and Mikey were fortunate to escaped the home with just an empty belly and minor ailments.

Mason, the smaller of the two brothers, didn't let his horrible past rob him of his love of people. He's always eager to make new friends, both human and canine, and lets his very friendly personality win the love and admiration of everyone he meets. Mason will make a great addition into just about any home and could easily become a life-long friend

Prior to his adoption, Mason will have received 2/3 of his first year puppy vaccines, been de-wormed and treated against parasites and started on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. Mason will need all of his basic training.
