***Adoption Pending***

Amber and her siblings were found abandoned at a local dumpster site near our rescue (see picture included). Someone had placed the 6 pups, approximately 4 weeks old at the time, inside an old laundry basket and left them in the road in front of the dumpsters. A truck driver was pulling up to the dumpsters, almost hit the basket and discovered the pups when he went to move the basket from his path. The driver immediately contacted our rescue and we were able to retrieve the pups before they suffered any injuries. The pups were in very poor health, which led to one of them passing away and another requiring the help of a special needs rescue. 

Amber is full of play and fun! She's a very active pup who loves spending time with people as much as she does other pups. Amber should do very well in any home situation and make a great family companion. Amber's ideal home would be one that permits ample space and time to run and play

Amber has already received all three of her first year "puppy" vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and kept on her monthly preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Amber spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. She will require all of her basic training.
