Angel and her siblings were found abandoned at a local dumpster site near our rescue (see picture included). Someone had placed the 6 pups, approximately 4 weeks old at the time, inside an old laundry basket and left them in the road in front of the dumpsters. A truck driver was pulling up to the dumpsters, almost hit the basket and discovered the pups when he went to move the basket from his path. The driver immediately contacted our rescue and we were able to retrieve the pups before they suffered any injuries. The pups were in very poor health, which led to one of them passing away and another requiring the help of a special needs rescue. 

Angel is the runt of this litter, being half the size as her siblings. When she first arrived, Angel required extra special attention to regain her health. During that time, we were able to find out exactly how sweet and loving this little pup is and she developed a true love and acceptance of people.  Angel is a very calm, well-mannered pup who loves snuggling up in a lap. She also plays very well with other pups, being the submissive one of any pack she's included in. Angel will do very well in just about any home situation.

Angel has already received all three of her first year "puppy" vaccines, been de-wormed, treated against parasites and kept on her monthly preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Angel spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. She will require all of her basic training.
