Wilson's mom (Winter) was a stray that took up residence at a family's house just before she delivered her seven pups. We eventually were able to take in Winter and her pups but had to utilize two separate foster homes to get them all in. Four of the pups found their new homes in November but Wilson, two of his sisters and Winter remained with their foster until we were able to transfer them to SoCo Rescue. While Winter will be with us during her heartworm treatment period, Wilson and his sisters are now ready to find their new homes.

Wilson is the more submissive pup of this litter and, quite often, found himself being picked on by his two sisters. He's still a very submissive pup who takes his time in getting to know new people but isn't overly timid or fearful. Give this very friendly and pleasant fellow a couple of days and he'll extend his friendship to you with no hesitation.

Wilson has been neutered, received an update on his yearly vaccinations, de-wormed and treated against parasites. Wilson's adopter should be prepared to provide him with all of his basic training needs.
