While driving down a dirt road, a woman noticed a 5 gallon bucket in the middle of the road. She could also see that there were a number of very young puppies inside the bucket!It seems obvious that whoever abandoned the pups didn't care if they got hit by a car, suffered heat stroke or met their fate in any other number of ways. Luckily for the pups, the woman who found them got them to safety and then contacted SoCo Rescue.

Salina hasn't let her rough start in life affect the way she loves people. She's always ready to snuggle up or enjoy playing but her favorite thing to do is simply give you kisses. Salina will bring so much joy into a home that she'll leave you wondering how you got through life without her

Salina has received 2/3 of her first year "puppy" vaccinations; rabies and bordetella vaccines; been de-wormed and treated against parasites as well as having been started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Salina spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue. A microchip will accompany her adoption.
