**Adoption Pending**

Maggie Mae's mom was pregnant when she was found as a stray by a woman in a neighboring county.The woman gave shelter and lots of love to the mom dog and pups, once they were born, until space opened at our rescue. The woman decided to adopt the mom and surrendered Maggie Mae and her siblings to our rescue.

To look at Maggie Mae, you'd swear she couldn't be part of the same litter. She's half the size of her siblings, darker in color and seems to be more mature than that of a 6 month old pup. Maggie Mae doesn't get pushed around by her bigger siblings, in fact, she's usually the one that ends up winning all of the games that these pups play. Maggie Mae has a very affectionate side  and will make a great companion for anyone looking for a medium-sized companion. 

Maggie Mae has now been fully vetted, treated against tapeworms and parasites as well as started and kept on her monthly preventatives. While Maggie Mae may need additional house, leash and other training, she is a quick learner and should excel with proper guidance.
