***Leslie is currently at a foster home in Georgia but will be transported to New Jersey around the middle to end of May. She is available for adoption in the New Jersey and surrounding areas.***

Leslie and her litter mates were found living in the woods with their mom. The person who found them offered the mom a home and the pups went to one of our best foster homes. Their foster mom decided to name the pups after the characters from the sitcom "Parks and Recreations". 

Leslie, the biggest of the females in this litter, also has a big personality but only in the best of definitions. She simply loves time spent around people and has obviously being well-socialized while with her foster family. Even while playing and wrestling around with her siblings and other dogs, Leslie always makes sure she remains close to her people. She's displayed a high level of intelligence, picking up on new routines and such rather quickly, which should make her basic training much easier to accomplish. 

Leslie has received all of her first year vaccinations, been kept on her monthly preventatives as well as being de-wormed and treated against harmful parasites. Her adopter must agree to have her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue. A microchip will accompany her adoption. Leslie will need all of her basic training.
