Her foster mom writes....
Barbara is the sweetest, most affectionate kitty we've ever known!! She was rescued from a dumpster site in rural Georgia. She is very unique because she had no tail at all; it seems she was born that way, which would make her a Manx, a special breed of cat with  no tail. She has amazing green eyes & the best personality ever! She wants to be right with her people all the time. She's especially fond of kids & loves to nap in their bed. She uses the litter box & doggie door like a pro. Barbara is very cautious around dogs, but it's warming up to them. She's fine with other kitties. She may be around 2 or 3 years old, is now spayed & vaccinated & ready for her furever family!
