***Westrock will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the Jan 10-12 weekend.***

Found as a stray in the Dublin/Laurens County area, Westrock was able to avoid that county's animal control thanks to the kindness of his foster parents. They gladly offered to foster Westrock during his mandatory hold period and then continued to foster him until it was time for him to travel north for an adoption event.

During his time with his fosters, Westrock has been very friendly towards other dogs and the people he's met. He's not been around cats so we're not sure how he'll do in a home with them. When Westrock first meets someone, he quickly displays his love of belly rubs by laying down and presenting his belly to them. He's usually all smiles and hasn't shown any signs of aggressive behavior at all. Westrock should do veery well in just about any home situation and should make an excellent family companion.

Westrock has been fully vetted, de-wormed and started on his monthly preventatives. He tested negative for heartworms during his recent vet examination and appears to be in excellent health. He may need additional house training. A microchip will accompany his adoption.
