**Being fostered in the Pennington, NJ area**
In a season full of unwanted litters being born to pet owners, a Wheeler Co family only added to the already high statistics that plaque our county. The only good thing about this family failing to be responsible pet owners is that only five pups, not ten or more, were in need of rescue. We call this litter our “Castaways”, naming them after characters from the old TV series “Gilligan’s Island”

Being the only black and white pup from her litter isn’t the only thing that sets Mary Ann apart from the rest. She has the sweetest personality, is very playful and simply loves people. She will make a great addition into almost any home situation and will become a treasured family member rather quickly.

MaryAnn is still undergoing her vaccination period but will have already received two of her three first year puppy vaccines before being released to a home. While s he can be pre-adopted now, we won’t release Mary Ann to her new home until Nov. 7. She ’s already been de-wormed, treated against parasites and started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Mary Ann spay once s he reaches 6 months of age and providing proof of such to our rescue. A microchip will accompany her adoption.
