***Berrie is scheduled to be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the Aug 16-18 weekend. At this time we're only accepting applications for his adoption from the NE area.***

Berrie and her 6 litter mates were found living at a dumpster site, obviously the victims of some cold-hearted  person who had most likely abandoned the litter to survive on their own. But in their darkest hour, Berrie and her siblings found grace in the eyes and heart of the young lady who found them, taking them in and giving them care until we could get them into our rescue.

While Berrie is the most reserved of her litter mates, she isn't overly timid or terrified of new things. We think she actually uses her slightly shy personality to get more hugs and belly rubs, which she thoroughly enjoys! Her calm personality makes her a great candidate as a family pet but we think she'll do best in a home that is calmer and without a whole lot of commotion.

Berrie has received 2/3 of her first year "puppy" vaccines, her rabies vaccination,been de-wormed and treated against parasites. She's also been started on her monthly preventatives. Her adopter must agree to having Berrie spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue.
