Early one morning, Scott at SoCo noticed a cat just sitting on the outside of the fence at SoCo Rescue while two dogs were barking frantically at this cat. Thinking it was his own cat Scott went to see why his cat was antagonizing the dogs. Instead of his grey cat, Scott found a mostly grey, male cat that was extremely thin. The cat followed Scott to his house and received a bowl of food and water. Luckily Scott was able to find a foster for this cat, where he received lots of love and a name, Thomas!

According to his foster, Thomas has been a "perfect" indoor cat. He's litter box trained, well mannered and is friendly to the people, dogs and other cats that he has met. He's affectionate but calm, doesn't need constant attention but likes to be near his people. Thomas could be the ideal cat for your home!

Thomas has now been fully vetted and recently tested negative for feline leukemia.
