Nobis was found as a stray in our area after he appeared at a local home. No one in the area had ever seen him before and with his short Basset legs supporting a Lab body, we know he has a look about him that wouldn't easily be forgotten. But even after coming to our rescue and with the attempts to locate his owner, no one claimed him as their dog. 

Nobis is just as friendly as he is comical looking. He is very playful, even with other dogs and has a great personality about him. While his little legs just don't move as fast as he'd like them to, Nobis does enjoy running and playing in our yards. There is no doubt that Nobis will make a great family companion and fit very well into just about any home situation.

Nobis has now been fully vetted, de-wormed and kept on his monthly preventatives. He tested negative for heartworms during his recent vet examination and was given a clean bill of health. While he does show signs of formerly being house trained, Nobis will most likely need a refresher course once in a new home
