**Smokie is being fostered in the Pennington, NJ area.  He will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills (Pennington, NJ) over the January 4-6th weekend.**

When a young lady in a nearby town arrived home one day she found a young pup simply laying in her front yard. After an exhaustive search to locate the pup’s owner yielded no positive results,she contacted SoCo Rescue to see if we could help find this pup a new home and we were more than glad to do so.

Smokie has been a real pleasure to have at our rescue as he is very friendly and playful. He is a bit shy at first but warms up to people once he realizes that they are his friend as well. He simply loves hanging out with other dogs, be that pups or adult dogs, and is also very playful with them. With his great personality we know that Smokie will make a great addition to just about any home.

Since arriving at SoCo Rescue, Smokie has received an update on all of his vaccinations, been de-wormed and treated against any possible parasites. He’s also been started on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives and been neutered.
