**Hunter is being fostered and only available for adoption in the Pennington, NJ area. He will be at our upcoming adoption event at Rosedale Mills over the Sept 14-16 weekend.**

When Hunter and his siblings were found abandoned near a dumpster, we didn't expect them to live. All four pups were suffering from the worst case of demodex mange, full of worms and parasites and looked as if they hadn't had a decent meal in a long time. Hunter's skin was so irritated and infected that he just kept rubbing his face on the ground to try and get some relief from the itching.  He was also overloaded with worms and parasites so badly that we didn't think any of them would survive. After weeks of some intense TLC, Hunter and his siblings made a full recovery and are now back to full health. 

Among his siblings Hunter is the most submissive. He'll "talk" by making little grunting sounds, which is also an indication that he's very comfortable with a person. He's a very friendly and affectionate fellow, one that will definitely capture many hearts and become someone's best friend rather quickly.

Hunter has almost completed his full set of first year puppy vaccinations, been de-wormed and started on his monthly preventatives. His adopter must agree to having him neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and provide proof of such to our rescue.
