When Belle was found as a stray this past summer, the woman that took her in tried in vain to find her owner. After contacting her local authorities, vet offices and asking around her town if anyone knew who Belle belonged to, the conclusion was made that this young girl was simply homeless. The kind-hearted woman kept Belle until one of our foster's graciously took her in. Now Belle is ready to find the home that she's apparently never had.

Belle is very friendly towards people and other dogs. She's shown no aggression towards cats but, according to her foster, "...will chase chickens". Belle is leash and crate trained, loves to take car rides and responds very well to commands, although she will need some basic training.

Belle has been spay, had all of her yearly vaccinations updated, started on her flea/tick and heartworm preventatives and recently tested negative for heartworms.
