**Roosevelt will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mills, in Pennington, NJ, over the Dec 15-17 weekend.**

Roosevelt and his 9 litter mates came to our rescue as owner surrenders.

Roosevelt is the biggest of his litter and very well socialized. In fact, he's known as the "Lover" of his pack! He's a bundle of fun and very playful. We never got to see his parents and are only assuming that he is some sort of terrier mix. We were told that his mom was a "medium-sized" dog.

Roosevelt's litter was named after successful people from the Gilded Age (the 1800's) with him being named after Teddy Roosevelt: an American statesman, author, explorer, soldier, and naturalist, who served as the 26th President of the United States.

As of Dec 8, Roosevelt has received 2/3 of his first year puppy vaccines, wormed, treated against parasites and started on his monthly heart worm preventatives. He's still a few weeks away from being old enough to receive his rabies vaccine. His adopter must agree to having him neutered at 6 months of age and providing proof of such to our rescue.
