LIBERTY IS ADOPTED!!!! After being overlooked at the pound and spending a year in foster care - this boy has finally found his rainbow's end! Please check out our other adoptable pets who are also waiting for their forever home! Liberty is an exceptional young adult, we believe him to be Black Lab mixed with Doberman (see shape of head and eyes). Pulled from a high kill gas chamber animal Control in Liberty County at Christmastime 2004, we intended to keep Liberty as our own forever. However due to political circumstances that now threatened even our personal pets, we must consider letting Liberty go to another home. Lib is about 3 years old, fully vetted, neutered and up to date on all shots. He loves all our other dogs, large and small (cats uncertain!) as well as all people. Liberty will romp and play with active adults and dogs, yet can settle down as a perfect gentleman. An ideal indoor/outdoor companion, he is happy whever he is. He weighs about 55 lbs., and is an excellent watch dog. He has a look that could ward off any predator, but om actuality, he's the best cuddler around!
