**Madison will be available for adoption at Rosedale Mill in Pennington, NJ over the July 7-9 weekend**

Being abandoned along a lonely, country dirt road is no way to start your life, but that's exactly what happened to Madison and her three siblings. If it weren't for the kindness of the woman who found them, it's highly doubtful that this litter of pups would now have the opportunity to find their future homes.

From her arrival, Madison has always been very friendly and accepting of new people. She didn't show any apprehension of people as her siblings first did and she remains just as sociable. She should do very well in just about any home situation.

When she first came to SoCo, at approx 5-6 weeks of age, Madison was covered in fleas, full of worms and looked to be malnourished. She was also missing her right eye. We're not sure if she was born this way or suffered an injury that caused the loss of her eye. 

Since that time, she's received her vaccines (2 of 3 as of 6/28/17), been wormed, treated against parasites and started on her monthly preventatives. She's still too young to be spay and her adopter must agree to having that preformed by the time she's 6 months of age and providing us with verification of such.
