Meet Rex, a 2 year old Bulldog mix who came in need of rescue after his former owner had to give him up. It seems while Rex was enjoying life at his former home that another of his owner's dogs attacked him, causing the owner to making the decision to keep him safe by giving him up. He's been in a foster home since that time and we're trying to help find him a new forever home.

Since the attack, Rex is a bit hesitant of other large male dogs but seems to be ok around female dogs. He's very friendly around all people and has shown no aggressive behavior towards them. He loves to go for walks, is crate trained and even loves playing with toys, especially one particular ball that he has. He's been excellent with his house training but may need a couple of days to get accustomed to a new routine at a new home. With the right person, Rex will continue to flourish and will become a great friend to some very lucky person.

Rex has been neutered, had an update to all of his vaccinations and wormings and even recently tested negative for heart worms.
