**Alyssa is scheduled to attend our upcoming adoption event at Rosedale Mills in Pennington, NJ over the June 16-18 weekend**

Meet Alyssa, a stunning Black Lab mix pup who is approximately 6 months of age. Alyssa was found as a stray, along with her mom and sister, by a local woman and given care until we could get them into our rescue. Alyssa was just a tiny pup at that time and her mom, Nellie, was struggling to provide for her pups as food was scarce while living on the streets.

But since that time, Alyssa has flourished and started growing into a healthy, happy pup. She's very friendly to people and other dogs alike, loves to play and seems to a quick learner of new things. She will make a great family pet and should continue to progress easily with her future training needs.

Alyssa has now been spay, received an update on all of her vaccines and even started on her monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventatives. She'll need some house training as she's never lived in a home as far as we know.
