**Bodhi is currently being fostered in the Pennington, NJ area.  He loves playing with his new doggie friends & foster family.  Sitting on your lap is his favorite thing to do!**

Bodhi and his litter mates, as well as a few adult dogs, all came to SoCo Rescue as owner surrenders. The person that had all these dogs is an unlicensed breeder and still has a number of dogs and puppies and plans on continuing her illegal breeding operation. 

On top of it all, the housing for all her dogs is horrible. Bodhi and 8 other dogs shared a small, 5X6 kennel that was overloaded with waste, dirty water and food bowls as well as rusty crates serving as the only individual sleeping quarters for the dogs.

Bodhi thoroughly enjoyed his first day at SoCo Rescsue.  Not only did he have a clean, dry and safe place to live in, he also got to run free in a spacious yard and play until he was too tired to go anymore!  For the first time in his short life, Bodhi was enjoying being a pup and not just a product.

Bodhi hasn't let his past life take away his friendly, playful personality and should do very well in just about any home situation. We've already had him neutered and updated all of his vaccines/wormings and even started him on his monthly flea/tick/heart worm preventatives. He'll need some house and leash training but we suspect that Bodhi will enjoy his time spent with you during training
