**Megan is scheduled to attend and will be available for adoption at our adoption event at Rosedale Mills, in Pennington, NJ, over the March 10-12 weekend.***

Megan and her three sisters all came to SoCo Rescue as owner surrenders. Their mom had been a stray who simply disappeared after the pups were weaned. While we’re unsure of the breed of the parents, the pups appear to be Lab mix.

Megan is the more submissive of the litter but is also one of the most affectionate. And while she is playful, she is very calm while being held. By her current personality, we think Megan will make a great companion for a family with children as long as the children know how to responsibly handle a young pup. 

Megan has received 2/3 of her first year puppy vaccines, the final will come due on March 25 and then once yearly. She’s been wormed, treated against parasites and has been started on a monthly heart worm preventative. She’ll need to receive her rabies vaccine after 12 weeks of age and spay by the time she reaches 6 months with verification of such being provided to SoCo Rescue. A microchip will accompany her adoption.
